Background
20+ years between warehouse floor, meeting room, and code. From Brazil to Belgium. The thread hasn't changed: go deep on the problem, understand the whole system, and make change fit the routine of whoever operates.
I started in the warehouse: process, waiting, rework. I moved into planning and continuous improvement, and my interest in what stalls work led me to people: facilitation, mediation and Nonviolent Communication.
I founded Colibri with my partner: courses, a publishing house and the Grok game, which passed 20,000 copies. With no tech team, I started building the systems the company needed.
I moved to Lier, Belgium. I keep working in all three areas: people, processes and technology. Remote, in person here, or hybrid across Europe.
I work best where there's autonomy, dialogue, and a real problem, not where the answer arrived before the question
