Processes · Business and process analysis

I find out how work really gets done and redesign what makes the operation lose time, money or information.

Twenty years across logistics, NGOs and running my own business, from the warehouse floor to continuous improvement at a multinational.

When to call me

  • Operations depend on side spreadsheets and on the few people who “know how it’s done”.
  • Each department describes the same process differently.
  • You are about to implement or replace a system and still don’t know what it needs to do.
  • The numbers don’t match across systems, and nobody trusts the report.

What I do

Process mapping

I follow the people who do the work and map the current and future process, in BPMN when the complexity calls for it.

Requirements and business rules

I gather needs with each department and write requirements, rules and acceptance criteria the technical team can build and test.

Bridge between business and system

I follow the configuration with the vendor or tech team and test with the people who will use it before go-live.

KPIs and procedures

I define what to measure, build reports from the data you already have and write procedures with the people who will follow them.

When it goes further

When the analysis shows a tool is missing, I build it. When the problem is between people, I lead the conversation.
