I started in logistics, moved into communication, learned to build technology, and never stopped studying what moves people. It's not scattered — it's a pattern: I've always been the one who goes deep into the problem, understands the system, and makes things happen.
I founded Colibri in 2016 — a small business focused on listening and relational communication. For 9 years I built from scratch: training programs, a publishing house, games, digital platforms. Over 20,000 copies of a card game sold, 8,000 books — and became a reference in NVC in Brazil.
In 2022 I moved to Belgium to be with my partner. Since then I've been repositioning — bringing all of this into organizations that need someone who thinks, builds, and understands people.

Real-time facilitation (Miro/Mural style)
Built from scratch a real-time facilitation platform — collaborative boards, interactive dynamics, gamification — designed to use games in training and team development. It became the technical foundation for a learning platform based on the Grok Game.

EdTech innovation
Architected and built a learning platform the other way around: the starting point is real challenges, not content. Each path maps skills dynamically and individually. The idea was simple — learn by doing, not by watching.
Financial infrastructure
Stripe, Pagar.me & Asaas in one layer
Built a payment integration layer connecting Stripe, Pagar.me, and Asaas — to bill courses and digital products without relying on intermediary platforms. The goal was full control over the checkout experience and financial flows.
AI + Communication
Virtual dialogue assistant
Conceived an AI-assisted platform to practice listening and NVC day to day — not as a course, but as ongoing practice. Users brought real situations and the AI helped work on an empathetic response before the conversation actually happened.
Knowledge Management
Content organization
Built a wiki system to organize and share knowledge produced in Colibri courses. The goal was simple: stop losing what was learned in the room and turn it into something people could look up — alive and collective.
Internal Systems
Selection processes
Built a signup and selection workflow system for Phomenta's partner NGOs — integrating application, screening, and follow-up in acceleration programs. Replaced a process that had been run manually in spreadsheets.

Team management
Built a system to support allocating facilitators to projects — matching location, calendar availability, and practice profile. The goal was to cut time spent assembling teams and reduce coordination errors from manual work.
Generative AI
Content automation
Built an AI content generation system — social carousels, infographics, and podcast scripts from the user's own material. The idea was to turn what someone already knew into publishable assets without needing a full comms team.

Relational transformation
Designed and facilitated a 6-month immersive journey on listening, NVC, and power dynamics in organizations. Not a course — a relational transformation process, with small groups, high intensity, and work on what goes unsaid.

Published the Brazilian edition of the Grok Game — a card game to practice Nonviolent Communication in groups. 20k+ units sold, 4.5 stars on Amazon. Became a reference in Brazil as a relational development tool outside formal training settings.

1,000+ staff (NVC)
Designed and facilitated a statewide Nonviolent Communication workshop journey — more than 1,000 staff, in 15+ cities across São Paulo. A program meant to go beyond content and reach behavior.

Excel/VBA automation
Built an Excel/VBA system to cover critical gaps in Panalpina's corporate TMS — centralizing real-time fleet monitoring and logistics flows. What had been improvisation became a shared process for the whole team.
WMS / Operations
Stock management
End-to-end inventory process with handheld scanners and VBA automation for a major beverage company — no native inventory module in the WMS. From zero to running, in a high-pressure operations environment.

Two-month emergency assignment in Lima to reorganize Panalpina Peru operations — inventory out of control, critical stock variances, team without a clear process. Left with stabilized flows and a documented process.
