People · Facilitation and mediation

I facilitate groups and mediate conflicts so teams can make decisions together again.

For more than ten years I have worked with listening, dialogue and conflict in education networks, NGOs, cooperatives and my own training company.

When to call me

  • An important topic disappears from the agenda every time it comes up.
  • Two people or departments can no longer work together.
  • A change was announced, and the team didn’t buy in.
  • The team wants to learn listening and feedback by practicing with situations from its own work.

What I do

Conflict mediation

I talk to each side separately and then lead the conversation between them until there is an agreement on how to move forward.

Group facilitation

I design and lead meetings, workshops and large-group sessions where the group has to decide together.

Communication assessment

I run confidential interviews with the team and deliver a report on the patterns that hold the work back.

Training

I teach listening, feedback and Nonviolent Communication, from one day to six months, practicing with real situations.
