Real-time facilitation (Miro/Mural style)
Facilita
2024–presentA tool I use in my own training sessions and share with a small group of facilitators. The focus is on live dynamics — games, activities and interactions that don't work in slides.
I operate at the intersection of operational rigor and relational depth. Years in nonviolent communication and Jungian psychology — always with the same question: what is happening here, and between whom?
Facilitation of large groups and sensitive spaces in institutional programs.
Experience design that reaches behavior, not just awareness: training, games, long arcs.
Publishing and scale: Grok, a small press, thousands of people in NVC inside large companies.
Not all of them — but some of the ones that best show what I can do.

Challenge-based learning platform
Learning platform built for Colibri's programs. The starting point is participants' real challenges — not modules or pre-defined content. Each mission maps where the person is and what they need to develop.
AI-assisted NVC practice
A tool for practicing NVC before the conversations that matter. The user brings a real situation and builds a more conscious response before the conversation happens. Continuous practice — not a course, not a training.
Course knowledge wiki
Wiki where I organize and share the book I'm writing. The content is built in public, in layers, not published all at once. Those who follow can see the thinking being formed.
6-month immersive journey (NVC)
6-month immersive journey on listening and nonviolent communication. Small groups, high intensity — the work is with what normally goes unsaid in organizations. The goal is to change relational patterns, not transmit content.
+20k units sold
I published the Brazilian edition of the Grok Game — cards for practicing NVC in groups, outside the formal training context. Production was at one point done by women in a penitentiary, as part of an integration program I coordinated. Over 20,000 units sold.
1,000+ staff (nonviolent communication)
I designed and facilitated an NVC workshop journey for SENAC SP. Over 1,000 employees across 15+ cities in the state — facilitating every session myself. The challenge was maintaining depth at scale.
Positions and work focused on this area.

Phomenta
Six months facilitating sessions and affinity groups for partner NGOs. Topics: organizational alignment, collective decision-making, institutional development.
2017 - present
Colibri
Nine years designing and delivering listening and NVC programs — from small groups to corporate initiatives at scale. The first 5 with my partner, the last 4 alone. I learned what works in a room, what does not survive a slide deck, and how group size changes everything.
2017 - present
Autônomo
Working independently with leaders and teams on organizational communication, conflict mediation, and leadership development.
2019 - 2020
UOL
Weekly column for UOL Ecoa on what is changing in organizations — culture, leadership, communication, power. Writing for a broad audience forced clarity: if you cannot explain it without jargon, you probably have not understood it yet.
