Real-time facilitation (Miro/Mural style)
Built with Next.js on the front end and HocusPocus for real-time collaboration. Game state is managed entirely on the back-end to guarantee integrity. Images are decomposed into fragments and reconstructed at runtime — no exposure in devtools — with aggressive caching to reduce transfer costs.
Challenge-based learning platform
Built with Next.js and PostgreSQL. The unit of learning is the mission, not content — mission creation and completion evaluation done with AI. An AI pipeline assesses each person's real progress, not manual module marking.
Stripe, Pagar.me & Asaas in one layer
TypeScript payment layer integrated directly into the Colibri system. Connects Stripe, Pagar.me and Asaas with coupon management, variable pricing, cancellations and financial reconciliation — all without depending on an intermediary platform.
AI-assisted NVC practice
Python back-end with FastAPI. The architectural differentiator is an RPG-style interaction layer — the user makes decisions throughout the conversation, not just receives responses.
Course knowledge wiki
Built on the Zettelkasten concept, with a structure inspired by Wikipedia and Obsidian. Content is fed directly from GitHub, connected to Obsidian — what is written there appears automatically on the site.
Selection processes
Built with Next.js and PostgreSQL, managing 30k+ contacts and 12k organizations. Integrates government APIs, email sending, web scraping and automations for end-to-end selection process management.
Team management
Built with NoSQL on Google's stack. Crosses location, schedule availability and performance profile to suggest allocations with criteria.
Content automation
Desktop application with a creation pipeline connected to multiple AI providers. Generates carousels, infographics and podcast episodes from the same content. Token consumption tracking per operation.
Excel/VBA automation
System built in Excel/VBA to centralize fleet and logistics flow monitoring in real time. Used by multiple users across the operational team.
Stock management
Physical inventory process via data collectors with VBA automation. Built from scratch for a corporation without a native WMS inventory module.
