Sérgio Luciano

I started in operational logistics in 2004 — warehouse, process, VBA automation. Over time I moved into planning and improvement. Along the way, I got interested in what was happening with the people inside those operations — which led me to facilitation, listening, and nonviolent communication.

In 2017 I co-founded Colibri with my partner. Nine years building from scratch: training programs, a small publishing operation, games, digital platforms. The Grok Game passed 20,000 copies sold in Brazil — it became the best-selling NVC tool in the country. Technology came in because I needed it — and stayed.

In 2022 I moved to Belgium. I kept running Colibri online, did some in-person training here, and started building new ground. I'm in transition — connecting logistics, people, and technology more deliberately than before. Open to contract, freelance, or project work. Remote anywhere, in-person in Belgium and Europe.
