Integrative business analyst
I work at the intersection of people, process, and technology — a translator between whoever runs the day-to-day, whoever sets strategy, and whoever builds the system.
Deep listening is how I start: understanding what people call the problem, including what never enters the room, before closing a diagnosis or proposing a fix.
I'm open to fixed-term contract, freelance, one-off projects or a permanent role,
remote from anywhere in the world, on-site in Belgium, or hybrid elsewhere in Europe.

A process on paper isn't adoption. It holds when the operation runs it — and the people in it understood the why and were respected in how it was shaped.
